• Registration and deregistration from BWS Online
If you need access to BWS Online, you must contact your local Bosch warranty partner. They will instruct you to first register for a unique SingleKey ID and guide you through the registration process.
The SingleKey ID application is a central user management system and is not part of BWS Online. It allows you to access the Bosch network.
(Bosch employees should not register via SingleKey ID but are automatically registered and managed through Bosch ADFS, which also handles their deletion. For details, see Bosch ADFS.)
By registering for a SingleKey ID, the SingleKey ID user management collects personal data necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., email address*, password*) as well as any additional data on a voluntary basis.
Furthermore, your email address* will also be used to grant access within BWS Online.
Mandatory information is marked with an *.
Your local Bosch warranty partner will inform you when your access to BWS Online has been finalized and granted.
• Logging Out of BWS Online
To log out of the BWS Online application, click on the profile icon in BWS Online and select "Log out of this website."
BWS Online will send you a confirmation of your logout via email.
The deletion of your personal data in BWS Online is part of this logout process.
As long as you do not log out your SingleKey ID (mentioned in section “Logging Out of the SingleKey ID”), you can access the Bosch network for another approved Bosch application.
However, due to your logout from BWS Online, you will not be able to access it, as your account with BWS Online has been deleted.
• Logging Out of the SingleKey ID
If you do not require further access to other Bosch applications (other than BWS Online), you should log out your SingleKey ID as described in the "Privacy Policy" of the SingleKey ID user management. Details can be found in the "Privacy Policy" under the "Logout" section of the SingleKey ID user management.
The deletion occurs directly with the logout.
If you do not have access to other Bosch applications, your SingleKey ID will be logged out after 10 years.
